Create a relaxing oasis in your backyard by adding a pool
Two things generally keep people from adding a pool to their backyard
recreation arsenal: cost and space. But Jason Lott, owner of Paradise
Pool & Construction, says neither of those two considerations should be
prohibitive.
"A pool can be built in any space for almost any price," he says.
While space obviously may limit the type of pool you have and cost
may prohibit certain amenities, a pool can be a great addition to any
home.
"Lots of people are getting them for exercise," Lott says. "Swimming
and bicycling are considered the best - lowest stress - forms of
exercise. Having a swimming pool is a great way to bring the swimming
closer to home."
In fact, many grandparents are using new pools not only for
exercise, but also as an attraction for grandkids coming to visit.
