Convection cooking ovens bring flexibility to kitchen
Convection ovens, which have been popular in new kitchens over the last
few years, allow for three-rack cooking, as opposed to the one-rack
cooking capabilities of traditional ovens. The convection-cooking ovens
also cook faster, with the heat being circulated by fans in the back of
the oven.
"These ovens have settings for cooking without the convection
setting, like you find in traditional ovens, but most people don't ever
use that setting after they get used to the convection cooking," says
DeMar Young, president of Sure Appliance.
